GM - Maintenance

- Upkeep, Repair, and maintenance of multiple Properties (including housekeeping, repair, and maintenance of buildings, related equipment/ facilities) located across the country, with a focus on preventive maintenance.

- Periodical inspection, both as per schedule as well as on a random basis; of all the properties located across the country; including their upkeep, facilities, and equipment.

- Work towards the ZERO downtime and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless services to the facility users.

- Plan for and ensure the availability of all critical and non-critical spare parts.

- Timely rectification of any minor deficiency, before it becomes a major one.

- Repair and maintenance of properties including those in nature of civil repair of the buildings and repair of MEP installations of all the properties located across the country.

- Identifying relevant vendors, preparing BOQ + estimate, getting commercial proposals, negotiating, supervising execution, inspection, certifying jobs executed, certifying the bills for payment, etc.

- Manage and control overall facilities, handle escalations, resolve all complaints, and prepare technical reports.

- Guiding, supervising, and ensuring desired performance by the team members, deployed at various locations for upkeep, repair, and maintenance of properties including facilities and equipment provided thereat.

- Formulating and Implementing standard operating processes including regular interaction with and training of team members.
