General Manager - Liaison - Infrastructure

Experience: 15+ Years of experience of Land Acquisition, Liaison, Approvals and Corporate regulatory in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Roads, Highways, Water & energy Sector.

Role: -

As Head of Liasioning & Corporate Affairs, The person will be responsible for working closely with Business Leaders to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Central/ State Government, the private sector and civil society. The purpose of this role is to create and build strategic relationships, coordinates complex interactions and evaluates programs.

Responsibilities: -

- Identify opportunities and work with partners in the private sectors for a mutual beneficial opportunity

- Play an active role in structuring PPP, contracts plan, develop, administer and evaluate programs, activities and daily operations related to the Governmental affairs

- Establish and implement short and long term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures for the Government relations support functions and continuously monitor effectiveness of programs and plans

- Will facilitate communication between Central/ State Government authorities and internal organization. In doing so, this role shall provide advice to the liaison organization on VIL purposes, principles and projects

- Expected to have an up-to-date knowledge of the projects, programs and various initiatives run under all Government bodies

- Develop an understanding of the current performance of industry sectors within the municipality, future trends and issues, make recommendations on strategies the organization may introduce and implement these as agreed

- Should be able to explain the business concept at all levels, get necessary approval and convert it into tangible business opportunities

- Play a proactive role in claim approval if any, by justifying companies position

- To get all permissions & NOC 's from Urban &Rural Development ministry of Govt & Local Municipal corporations & ULC, MPCB, City servey office, Enviornment, Forest, Irrigation, Police, Town, Planning, Collector offices etc
