General Manager - Legal for a Leading Real Estate organization

- Supervise all documentation for commercial leases of office spaces including drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts including JDAs, leasing related documentations like LOIs, lease deeds, agreement to lease, maintenance contracts etc., MOUs, Construction contracts and ensure timely closure of the same.

- Effectively negotiate agreement terms with external stakeholders.

- Ensure proper contract management system is in place.

- Team player as well as individual contributor

- To advise and support to all internal stakeholders and senior management.

- Safeguard and minimize/eliminate legal exposure in commercial lease contracts proposed to be entered.

- To implement and ensure compliance of all internal policies of the organization and close all internal and external audits in a timely manner.

- Effectively handle all audits with respect to documentation

- Research and update the management on all legal and statutory policies.

- To issue/respond to legal notices/recovery notices/statutory notices
