General Manager - Legal - Medical

One of our clients in the Healthcare domain is looking for a GM - Legal for their office at Mumbai.

The primary job responsibilities include:

Medico-legal consultation - As a medical lawyer, you will primarily be concerned with the legal rights of patients and medical professionals. You will provide support as a litigation lawyer for the organisation, handling legal disputes between two parties on matters involving patient care and healthcare provider activities.

IPO Consultation - The candidate should be able to draw from his experience of rolling out an IPO, in the various consultations and advice to the Management in the related field.

Contracts - the candidate should be able to draft / review and formalise agreements.

- The ideal candidate should have a blend of both Corporate and legal firm Experience.
