- Should be able to supervise the day to day function of the subordinates.
- Knowledge and compliance of operational law
- Coordinating with the Legal Team for MIS and other reports
- Preparing required folders and papers for legal meeting litigations and compliances of all Plants and Locations
- Replying to Legal Notices
- Interacting with Plant and Regional Team for timely legal actions
- Implementation of all the SOPs, Legal Guidelines and Policies in the Organization
- Conducting Awareness Programmes in Plant for legal and statutory compliances
- Supporting Legal Head for all the critical legal assignments
- Managing the portfolio of intellectual Property Rights
- Drafting vetting, negotiating of all kinds of commercial documents, agreements, contracts including Procurement Contracts, EPC and other Large/medium scale projects.
- Should be well acquainted with bids and tender procedures
Additional Skills :
- Should be able to handle the matter independently
- Good Negotiation and Interpersonal skills,
- Should have good planning and organization skills
- Proven ability to effectively solve sensitive matters in time bound manner
- Proficient in Computer and special focus on Power Point Presentations.
- Should be excellent in Team Work.
