GM Legal - Personal Loan Department : Personal Loan (Unsecured Loan) Reporting Person: SGM - Personal Loan Qualification : LLB / LLM Experience - 10 - 15 Years - Experience in the relevant field with NBFCs Job Objective :&nbsp; - Prepare/ validate legal documents as per requirements. Should be well-versed in handling litigation (esp. under NI Act) and arbitration, with good network and liaising in legal circles Key Responsibilities / Duties - Drafting of various legal documents and modifying them for the requirement of management and change in regulations, statutory control. - Ensure that the documents are legally valid all times. - To file, follow up and speed up the Arbitration Proceedings, Civil Recovery Suites and EP - To handle recovery related cases and to initiate legal action for all such cases under various provisions of Arbitration Act, NI Act etc - Responsible for handling statutory and regulatory compliance - Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents related to Arbitration and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound. - Filing EP cases, empanelment of advocates for arbitration. - Coordination and Briefing/discussion with the lawyers - Coordinate and make arrangements required for Arbitration proceeding and provide the required documents to appointed Advocate for proceeding of Arbitration - Follow up with Advocates for updating of Legal cases - Verify documents taken at the time of disbursement.
