- Pursuing GST refund claims with Commissioner & Appellate Tribunal, Central Excise & GST authorities

- Movie Production & distribution, Assignment of Copyright and license Agreements, Trademark Infringement Notices,

- Application & Registration of Trademarks

- Recovery of monies from Developers & others

- Deal with Government - Entertainment Tax Department, Municipal Authorities

- Give Legal opinion & advice to various departments

- Be apprised of daily developments in business & and ensure adherence to amendments

Qualification: LLB
