General Manager - Legal & Compliance - Chemicals Business

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare due diligence report after physical verification of all documents.

2. Monitor and control total compliance within the agreed time.

3. Identify relevant case laws to establish our case and get the case in favor of the Company.

4. Ensure timely planning and execution of Compliance projects.

5. Ensure and sustain GHK (5S).

6. Establish a relevant system to fetch details of the renewal of licenses and approval from Government activity.

Education qualification(s): LLB Law | MBA Finance, LLM | Law

Work experience: 15 to 25 years
