Role : - Setting up a legal strategy framework to ensure regulatory and legal compliance. Overseeing the Secretarial Function, Setting Up Governance Structure. - Extensive experience in Contract management, mergers &amp; acquisitions - Should be capable to advise Divisions/ Departments on all contract related matters, develops and proposes contract policy, standards and guidelines for management approvals - Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation, writing reports &amp; collating information. - To prepare the Minutes of Board Meeting Annual General Meeting and various other committees of the Board. - To ensure that the legal requirements related to running the business and managing operations are properly adhered to within the framework of the governing law. Required skills: - Hiring for a senior Leadership role, who will work with global &amp; Indian stakeholders. - Required - LLB and Company Secretary Qualified with more than 15 years of work experience. - People who have Indian &amp; MNC exposure would be preferred.
