- Drive revenue maximization and achievement of optimum occupancy level for a retail property/ mall through an effective leasing strategy designed to achieve the right/ planned tenant mix and target business plan.
- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the mall/center based on market intelligence/ retailer inquiries and finalized business plan and submit the same to CD / COO Malls, for review and approval
- Prepare and finalize the zoning plan on the desired positioning of the mall and business plan and also finalize the list of brands to be targeted, in coordination with CD / COO - Malls.
- Drive negotiations with approved brands with the retailer in order to arrive at desired rates and structure mutually beneficial deals.
- Monitor the completion and signing of the Letter of Intent (LOI) by the retailer/brand post review of all clauses, discussions and ensure that the original signed copy of the LOI is in the custody of the legal team.
- Post signing of the deal, ensure that the process of Leave & License agreement is started and completed on time for all retailers.
- Timely submission of the store's plans/ designs by the retailer for review by the RET team, and ensure swift resolution of retailer issues during the fit-out process.
- Ensure adherence of all clients to the payment schedule and resolve any issues related to non-payment/ delays in payment.
