General Manager- Learning & Talent Management
- Set up and lead the learning vertical including articulation of the learning philosophy, and launch and implementation of all learning initiatives across the organization.
- Design, drive & implement all Talent Management initiatives including competency framework development, succession planning, Hi-Potential identification, Individual Development Plans for such individuals, etc.
- Drive the Rewards & Recognition framework across the organization
- Design, launch and implement Flagship programs for Young Leaders, Advancing Leaders, and Enterprise Leaders
- Apply competency frameworks across all HR policies and Processes, creating linkages of competency-driven approach to various HR processes
- Standardize the hiring process of the organization linked o competencies identified across levels.
- Lead the Technical upskilling initiatives of the Group
Experience & Skills:
- MBA HR from a good institute with 12 to 15 yrs of relevant experience
- Ability to front end and lead conversations with the leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills and articulation skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, diverse environment
