We have an urgent requirement with a leading Retail Company (Tata Croma) | Infinity Retail

Reports to: CHRO

Direct Reports: 5

Skills & Experience Required:

The incumbent is required to have:

- Good Communication Skills

- Excellent Presentation & Training Delivery Skills

- People Management

- MBA/Post Graduate with 14+ experience in L & D Function

Key Responsibilities:

- Reinforce learning & development initiatives in the organization through supporting individual & team development, career development, training, & experience based learning.

- Serve as Learning & Development head for other Training Managers / Executives.

- Partner in the interventions for Organizational & Leadership development like 360 degree feedback mechanism, Assessment centers, and restructuring of policies & procedures.

- Strategize future training & development requirements for all levels.

- Coordinate Training activities being carried out for the group by other institutions including briefing them about the requirements.

- Facilitate the implementation of training need identification & effectiveness audit system for each of these units.

- Mentor, coach & train the trainers.

- To understand strategic business plan of the organisation

- To understand behavioral and technical training requirements from Corporate HR and Operations

- Conduct 'Training Need Analysis' and identify areas where trainings are required.

- Prepare Training Calendar for the year after analysis of training requirements keeping in mind the training budget for the year.

- Identify training institutes, freelance trainers and internal trainers to conduct trainings.

- Organize trainings and identify tools to measure training results.

- Looking after Training Needs Identification, Training Strategy, Annual Training Plan, Training budget, Training calendar, training feedback, training evaluation, designing of fillers, energizers and icebreakers, training evaluation and training delivery.

Designing the training program & Methodology:

- Designing training modules according to the training needs Analysis, Performance feedback, Employees' knowledge, Skill and Attitude enhancement and organizational objectives.

- To design and / or customize product training modules in consultation with Operations on All India basis

- Designing simulations on live cases from Organization problems and people management issues.

- Conducting Assessment Centers.

- Measuring the post training effectiveness on the job and redesigning the training according to the post training analysis and feedback.

- Looking after implementation of all training modules planned.

- Reinforce learning & development initiatives in the organization through supporting individual & team development, career development, training, & experience based learning.
