General Manager - Land Transactions - Real Estate

- Candidate will be responsible for working on the land business opportunities for Developers /Corporates/ fund house that are suitable for development and divestment.

- Candidate will lead the land acquisition team which has been involved in handling end to end of land transactions

- Real estate, Business Development, land sourcing, redevelopment of projects, strategy - deal structuring for JDA/Outright/JV/PS/DM, land acquisition, Due Diligence, Negotiations, understanding of bye-laws, Entrepreneurship, Market Research, contract negotiation, market acumen, networking.

- Responsible to achieve targets through new business generation and expanding the business

- Highly commercial with proven ability to leverage professional contacts and institutional investments to set up several fundraising meetings per month

- Flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities

- Person need not to be from capital markets team but should have good exposure on real estate understanding

- Good understanding of land feasibility proposals, Revenue Records & Financial analysis is required

- Ensure implementation of SOP and compliance with processes.

- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.

- Responsible for client relationship management.
