This is about a job opportunity as GM - IT with one of our client into FMCG industry who will be responsible for leading and own IT systems implementation and support across Business . This is a managerial position and the successful candidate will be directly reporting to the senior business and technology management team.  The key responsibilities are as below  - In-depth understanding of IT, Digital and trading business.  - Focus on continuous improvements in business efficiency, productivity and controls by partnering with the business owners. Identification of changes in existing systems as well as selection of new third-party systems for business processes which cannot be mapped in existing systems.   - Develop program / project plans and estimates for changes in existing systems and implementation of new systems.  Work Location : Chennai . The role will require traveling across the country for business process mapping, implementation and post-implementation support.  Education : MBA, M. Tech - Premier B-school pass out  Experience : 8-10 years   Must have   - 8-10 years- experience in business process mapping, preparation of solution design and systems with industry preference to Agriculture/FMCG.  - Strong project management skills.
