Key Result Areas (Primary Responsibilities):
- Owner of End to End IT Landscape for Distributor Management System, Sales Force Automation, Associated Portals and Retail Automation
- Works with Core Team Member from Business to gather the business requirements and the expected outcome
- Works with and alongside the Sales team to identify and support ways of Automation required to achieve business goals
- Responsible for facilitating the resolution of issues and roadblocks
- Coordinating with Development team (Internal as well as Vendor team) and getting tasks completed on time
- Regular Engagements with Leadership for updates on initiatives
Candidate Profile:
1. Experience in end to end DMS, SFA and POS implementation
2. Experience in IT service management
3. Experience in vendor management
4. 4-5 years of IT business partnering experience
5. Experience in integration across various systems and putting robust controls to prevent leakage
6. Good business process understanding in FMCG/Apparel industry
7. Good communication and articulation skills
8. Experience can be from 7-15 years. Lower experience can be considered for good profiles with relevant experience and good academic backgrounds
