General Manager - IT Operations - DTH

Job Description:

- Responsible for day to day operations of IT Applications & Delivery.

- IT Applications delivery management/Releases.

- End to end management of application deliveries.

- Develops and maintains system documentation, run-books and production metrics reporting.

- Manage vendor support teams.

- Manage OEM Engagement.

- SLA Management.

- Provide Off-Hours support, as needed, to resolve system problems during non-business hours or backlogs.

- Develops and maintains good relationships with lines of business.

- Owns Change Management Process

- Managing Partner development / design teams and stakeholder engagement

- Delivery within timelines and budget

- IT Applications Operations Management and Uptime responsibility

- Owns Apps 24 by 7 support

- Manage and Monitor Uptimes and availability

- OEM Engagements

- Capacity management

- Define the problem statement, evaluate multiple products and solution options and make recommendations.

- Mediate between internal business stakeholders and various Subject matter experts for the requirements freezing

- Manage the external vendor(s) in the related areas
