The incumbent will be part of the leadership team and will be responsible for: - Build new business pipeline from existing & new customers - Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts - Prepare and deliver Statement of Work detailing the technical and commercial proposal to the Clients - Drive and manage large and complex bids - Design the solution from transition till deployment and support - Develop cost and pricing models - Lead the pre-sales team and assist in preparation of sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses, due diligence and client presentations/demos Candidate Profile: The candidate will head sales for the IT services company and to be suitable must have: - At least 14 years of total experience with last 5 in a leadership role - Experience in successfully achieving sales targets - Experience in building an effective pan India team - Experience in effectively positioning large & complex deals Prior experience in leading IT Services Sales is a pre-requisite for the role
