General Manager - IT Business Partner for a leading MNC, Bangalore - Serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management and relationship management. - Provide consulting level support and guidance through key IT initiatives; proactively share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of resp. Function (Demand / Supply / S&amp;OP/ HR/ Finance). - Manage the approved IT budgets and spends; Continuous focus on improving cost of delivery/service. The Must-haves of the role : - Ability to understand the Demand side of the business - Proficient in stakeholder management across functions and external too - Should be able to define the roadmap for any IT system - Knowledge and experience in tools like Ivy, Salesforce, TRAX, Sprinklr system, SAP . - Exposure in Commercial and Marketing capabilities like Retail Executions, DMS, TPM, Reporting and Digital Marketing. - Project Management in terms of governance. - Application support understanding - People Management skill, Strategic bent of mind.
