General Manager - Investor Relations - Real Estate Sector

Key responsibilities :

1. Managing investor relationships (including reporting) and private equity partnerships

2. Timely and effective reporting, ensuring compliance to Investor Agreement.

3. Manage reporting requirements as per Investor Agreements

4. Conduct and support investor due diligence and support the fundraising processes

5.Manage and strengthen relations with existing investors

6. Manage and improve mechanisms, processes and controls for ensuring compliance with Investor agreements

Ideal Candidate Profile :

1. CA/ MBA from a premier institute with ~10 years of experience in Indian real estate sector

2. Should have strong financial analysis skills with excellent finance and cash flow/ valuation knowledge

3. Experience of managing PE investors is critical

4. Candidates from real estate developers or real estate funds would be an ideal fit for the role.
