Role:
This is a PAN India Business Development /Investment role in real estate, (specially commercial, residential and logistics). This is a leadership and senior management role. Hence the candidate must have team leadership skills.
ESSENTIALS for this job:
- Should have good network in real estate domain.
- Should have good connections with the property /land brokers for deal sourcing
- Responsible for Annual business targets & generation of business for next financial year
- Candidate should have a proven quantifiable track record in closing successful deals
- Should be willing to travel extensively across the key cities for business opportunities and site inspections
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good Analytical and financial modelling skills
- 12 + Years hands on experience in Investment /Business Development preferably in commercial real estate
- The candidate should have good knowledge of transaction structures, Investment themes and regulatory scenario in the Real Estate industry.
- The candidate should have a verifiable and proven record of successfully closing transactions in the Real Estate sector in the past.
REQUIREMENTS :
Educational Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute.
- CA or CFA
- Engineering with MBA Finance (or equivalent)
