Specific Deliverables :
- Establish the organization as a premium lighting solution providing company in Global market
- Responsible to drive & achieve the Lighting business plan set from both short term and long term
- A positive and determined approach to research and analyzing new business opportunities
- Responsible to gather market intelligence and competitors' activities
- To identify Architect & Interior Designers who work for projects and establish strong relations with them and their associates to promote Products
- Enable business growth by giving support to Channel Partners for deeper market penetration and reach
- To develop market by working extensively with dealers / projects / specifiers & educate them on Brand, Company's position, strengths & Company's Vision
- Develop & implement strategies for market development
Functional Requirements :
- lnternational business experience across ME, Europe, Africa and APAC region
- Experience in Lighting Industry both consumer and prof lighting (6 - 8 years)
- Must have handled channel partners with a view to support them to improve their business
- Must have handled team in present & previous jobs
