A leading business house in building material in Delhi is looking for a GENERAL MANAHER - INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS (APAC REGION) for their corporate office in DELHI:
- Should be a premier B-School MBA with 8+ years of experience in Managing and leading Sales Process preferably from FMCD / APPLIANCES / FMCG Industry.
Must have handled business volume of 100 crores
Role Objective:To handle International Sales Portfolio for APAC Region.
Job Responsibilities:
ROLES AND DELIVERABLES:- Sales Strategy Planning and Execution
- Driving Sales plan as per market trends.
- Knowledge and management of Strategic Sales and Key Account Handling.
- Grow sales for the market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets.
- Increase market share as per Business Annual Plan.
- Strong Networking Skills, be it direct or channel sales.
- Institute and monitor systems for tracking Leads and Opportunities.
- Budgets to be made and executed for Marketing and other promotional activities.
- Identification and appointment of new Business Partners, dealers and distributors.
- Responsible for end to end services to the clients.
- Effectively manage business relationships with key customers to grow business.

- Percentage revenue from new products/ and for New Customers as per Business Plan
