General Manager - Internal Audit - FMCG

- Experience in Internal Audit / Risk Assessment / Forensic Audit preferred.

- Provide thought and operational leadership to the team in all aspects of Internal Audits, Controls testing, Analytics, and Reporting.

- Manage the operational team effectively, efficiently and with a strong control culture by having the right skill sets and efficient utilization.

- Develop a strong understanding of business and related risks by keeping track of leading practices in the industry.

- Execute and carry out the audits including the preparation and timely & effective execution of audits as per plan.

- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operations, legal, finance) to design, develop and implement best practices for audit.

- Support the head of internal audit for all functional initiatives.

- Carry out special management assignments as per the advice of the head of internal audit.
