- Developing SOPs and Keeping the same updated based on the Organisational development and business context.

- Ensuring that the SOP take care of ground business situation and facilitate business without compromising internal controls and Corporate Governance.

- Provide need based guidance to ensure effective implementation of SOPs and Company Policies

- Standardisation of Agreements and documents being executed on PAN India basis to Protect companies Interest and provide ease of operations

- Internal Audit - PAN India - Facilitate planning and management responses on audit observations. Ensuring corrective actions are proactively taken on PAN India basis

- Legal and Contingent Liabilities - Support and Facilitate in dealing with Legal Matters and Contingent Liabilities for their early resolution with Minimal Costs

- GST Implementation and related matters - Guiding and handholding the entire marketing division and RMC business in effective handling of post GST implementation matters
