Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree preferred. Five years of related experience required. 10-15 years marketing, brand positioning, and digital marketing experience strongly preferred; higher education marketing experience highly preferred; experience leading and directly managing teams preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Integrated Marketing:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies in close collaboration with regional sales and partner management teams to develop core marketing strategy for generating qualified leads
- Manage advertising campaigns, media planning, and buying efforts across all digital and traditional tools for all campaigns
- Utilize and optimize SEO/SEM, email campaigns, user experience, digital advertising, promotions, and social media experience to build brand/program awareness, generate leads and engagement with the target market
Digital Leadership
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, email campaigns, social media, video content, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and meeting of lead generation targets
- Manage relationship with stakeholders to ensure website employs best practices, is up-to-date, addresses the needs of the audience, and is flawlessly executed against core strategy
Direct Leadership and Management
- Manage 3-4 direct reports to achieve goals including Marketing Operations Lead, Social Media Manager, and Webmaster
