Job Description :   1) Leading the customized engagement model to maximize Company ROI from India and different Physical location for non ops insurance and teams.  2) Streamlining the engagement models observed locally and ensuring that the support level is consistent across locations.  3) Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure compliance to local specific regulation.  4) Championing talent development, employee engagement and rewards  5) Engaging in operational risk and business continuity planning by working closely with the India leads and onshore stakeholders.  6) Guiding the teams to create a continuous improvement culture to support the organizations vision   Desired Profile :  1). Should have 15 - 20 years of total experience preferably from Insurance and reinsurance domain.  2). Should have managed mid to large sized teams collaborating, influencing and extensively coordinating with local and global stakeholders.   3). Experience of working in a highly matrixed organizational structure.  4). Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and under own initiative.
