General Manager - Strategic Food and Restaurant Insights Partner
Key skills required: -
1) Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data.
2) Agency -MR/ Consultancy and Client-side insights/ market research experience of 4-5years. Deep rigor in key MR streams.
3) Food & Bev exp - FMCG likes Unilever, ITC, Marico, Britannia preferred.
4) Must have - segmentation, U&A study experience ideally both from the agency and client-side.
5) Online/Digital research experience in addition to above would be a plus.
Ideal years of exp:-
- About 8-12 years of experience.
- Whole-brain (left/right brain leverage) thinker, who enjoys solutions based on consumer/ data rigor. Enjoys data mining as much as storytelling.
Job profile:-
- Build a foundational framework on Food by mining internal data on consumers, occasions, cuisines and by leading key strategic consumer research projects that cut across key company verticals
- Support Sales team to work on JBPs with National accounts / smaller chains and hence upsell/ grow Revenue
- Support New Supply on gap identification and new restaurant opportunities
