Location - Bangalore

Responsibility Area's

- The planning and execution of Automation and RPA deployments as part of the Industrialize Production Programme.

- Managing the Global Markets Operations Automation and RPA demand and opportunity pipeline.

- Working with the Investment Operations & its Business, Process Owners and SMEs to identify potential RPA and streamlining opportunities, both proactively (through discovery phases or transformation projects) and reactively (continuous improvement on a process-by-process basis).

- Developing and maintaining an understanding of Global Markets Operations Business Processes

- Developing an understanding of the Blue Prism software and other Automation related tools and technologies

- Preparing Business Cases, project planning, and helping to track and manage benefit realization

- Providing status updates to the Programme Manager and Leadership teams, and helping manage and resolve risks and issues escalated by the scrum team.

- Participation in design authority review sessions, automation candidate evaluation and prioritization process

- Using an Agile approach, fulfilling the Scrum Master role, maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs and ensuring all Agile disciplines are strictly observed

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

- Good understanding of Capital Markets, Operations or other asset classes

- Proven track record as an Automation and Change Lead

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Well organized and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently

- Ability to problem solve & clearly articulate requirements and implement and drive solutions

- Energy, enthusiasm and drive

- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
