General Manager - Innovation - Dairy

Looking for GM- Innovation(Dairy) for a FMCG brand in India. This position is based at Mumbai

The GM Innovation(Dairy) will lead innovate and execute Dairy portfolio of the Organisation

Responsibilities:

Drive dairy portfolio development activities

Develop technology competencies necessary to maintain a healthy pipeline of product

Work with technical team on smooth execution of new products at plant

Cost innovation program; closely liaise with business functions of Marketing and Plant to deliver business objectives

Build primary quality protocols

Knowledge In Depth

Strong product development experience of traditional and non-traditional dairy products

Deep Insights of food flavour and ingredient and their interactions

Qualification

Degree (B.Tech/M.Tech) in Food Technology/ Dairy Technology but not necessary

Work Experience

Minimum 10+ years global/local experience in product development in a dairy industry
