JOB DESCRIPTION :

A leading NBFC into lending is looking for a GM/DGM - Information technology - who will develop, plan, and implement an information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company's business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security.

Position Purpose:

- Responsible for leading the Information Technology initiatives

- Responsible for building technology-based processes for the rapidly growing business.

- Responsible for accelerating the company's digital transformation process and strengthen its leadership position as a technology led financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

- Create an integrated IT architecture for the organization

- Drive technology-oriented processes to successful implementation

- Drive process improvements in the organization

- Develop timely system-based MIS including dashboards

- Ensure zero downtime of IT systems

- Leads efficient operation of the team so that prompt modernization and upgrades are performed as needed.

- Work on new Technology Solutions, Lead Digitization initiatives and other enterprise level technology roll outs.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.

Technical Competencies:

- Oracle Database, Oracle Forms & Reports

- Microsoft windows server

- Firewall Checkpoint.

- Endpoint Protection tool like Bitdefender

- Project Management and related experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Behavioural Competencies:

- Ability to work with the leadership team to drive the IT agenda

- Good presentation skills

- Analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Empathetic and Quick learner

Education & Experience:

AGE 40- 46 years

Qualification - Computer Engineer (or equivalent)

Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a team/project leader

Industry - Should come from a good financial institution like Banks. NBFC, Fintech etc.
