General Manager - Information Technology - Manufacturing Firm

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for Infra, Security, governance, Data Centre, IT operation, Vendor Management, Uptime, Budget and SLA.

- Responsible for emerging technology application, Its implementation and Benefits to organization, IT Team .

Job Responsibilities : -

- Being overall responsible for the Data centre, Application - Technical, IT Security, Network and Governance by providing internal leadership and administration to manage the budgets and targets

- Support execution of the project from Capacity Planning, building solutions and frameworks, vendor on boarding and overall ownership of the project

- Understanding of emerging technologies and able to perform Project Risk Assessments, risk assessments on Emerging Technologies

- Preparation of ROI documentation for approval

- Experience in Development, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high performance, engaging and cohesive team environment.

- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, costs, licensing and related activities.

- Experience of business continuity planning

- Experience managing third party/supplier relationships effectively.

- Experience in documentation review for technical controls and processes associated with IT Infra, Network information security solutions. Guiding team for KPI delivery

- Review of team consist of SAP Administration, Cloud computing, Virtualization, MS technology like Mailing, AD, Patch management, IT Security and Network etc. ( both on roll and third party support team)

- Closure of findings/observations from Internal and External Audit including Penetration Testing,

- Developing cyber crisis management plan, which should incorporate key functions including threat intelligence services, forensic investigation, and collaboration with key stakeholders, root cause analysis, detection, response, recovery, and containment, that could help in building good cyber defences
