Location: Hapur (35km from Ghaziabad)
CTC: 28-34lpa
Role Objective
The monitor and ensure smooth functioning of administration & Industrial relations at Hapur plant premises.
Job Responsibilities :
ADMINISTRATION :
- Monitor admin work activities like Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Cost Control, etc.
- Ensure facility space for maximum efficiency with intra-office moves.
- Budgeting and new initiatives to bring cost-efficiency.
- Administer ISO & all related compliance completion.
- Develop admin related processes and policies & to execute it successfully.
INDUSTRIAL RELATION :
- Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and process.
- Responsible to manage unions & workers representative, long term settlement.
- Responsible for handling all IR related issues.
- Responsible for handling court cases/labour cases/Negotiation/Unions etc.
- Ensure plant operation in a 100% complied environment from the Factory Act & Labour law perspective.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT :
- Vendor empanelment by ensuring best service is available at the most efficient cost
- Design process for vendor empanelment and monitor SLAs.
- Ensure statutory compliance is completed by vendors.
LIASION :
- Liaison with Local / Govt Authorities for getting Approvals, Clearances, NOCs & as required.
- To coordinate and follow up related to Court Case of company & reporting the progress.
- Meeting all statutory, regulatory & admin at plant site. Ensure proper documentation & audit.
- Oversee environmental health and safety. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
- Responsibility for coordinating and completing the requirement for compliance to all statutory government regulations.
