Position Name: GM-IR (Industrial Relations)

Experience: 18-22 Yrs:

Location: Chennai

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM

Role / Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in overall IR

- Focus on settlements in coordination with plant and site

- Good experience in Union handling.

- Hand on experience in all compliances.

- Fluent with Tamil and Hindi (writing and speaking )
