Responsibilities

- Leadership Skills- employees motivation, resolve conflicts and make right decisions,

- Business Mapping: Analyses the market and map the opportunity with scope offering, plan team, timeline, make strategy for winning the opportunity,

- Escalation Management: Collaborating with team, identify the shortfall of services delivery and escalate to respective stakeholders of the organization for resolution,

- Time Management: Must define, schedule and accurately estimate the task duration to develop and maintain a realistic schedule,

- Budgeting: Review the estimate at every field, monitor the actual spend as compared to the planned budget along with team, provide necessary guidance to stay within the budget,

- Procurement Management: Advise the team to run the procurement process as per the prescribed requirement with no negligence and with 100% ethical & compliance to process,

- Data Management: Should have complete data base on technical & commercial grounds about vendors against each discipline & location, material knowledge is must in line with design parameters, value engineering & value additions skills are mandatory for all activities that are executed,

- Quality and Satisfaction: Ensure quality service delivery, reporting on progress and being open to client's feedback to keep them happy and coming back with future projects,

- Manage Issues and Risk: Identify beforehand all the risks which are potential problems (yet to occur or might not ever) and set in place a plan of action if they occur,

- Monitoring Progress: Must have to collect project data, such as status reports, to see if the actual progress of the project is meeting the initially planned,

- Reporting and Documentation: Reporting & documentation, along with all paperwork, must be collected, signed off on and archived at every stages of project,

- Assembling and Leading Project Team: Assign tasks and deadlines, give the tools to collaborate, meet regularly, and get status updates to chart team's progress,

- Analytical Skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical work day by analysing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis,

- Planning Project Resources: Part of the plan is defining the project's scope and determining what resources are available, estimating time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project's progress,

- Time Management with employees, customers and management, often spinning multiple plates at once,

- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed, Creates project plans, Maintains project objectives, Reports on project progress, Implements change practices, Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track, Portfolio management,

- Lead & chair meetings and set expectations for project team, & assists in developing and making MOMs, presentations, documents, etc.,
