General Manager - Human Resources - Startup - IIM/MDI/TISS/FMS

Full Time HR Degree from Tier 1 Business School only. experience working in Startup is preferred

Looking at hiring a GM level HR resource to support the venture.

The incumbent around 9-10 years of experience will work closely with the CEO and help define people strategy in line with the business goals including but not limited to Organization Design, Hiring of Key Talent, Policy formulation and Rewards.

Company Detail: A joint venture startup of two large MNC and planning to invest Multi Billion Dollars in India in next 10 Years. The Venture company would produce clean energy in India.
