The work profile entails:

1. Leading the Human Resources Function

2. Managing a team of young professionals across talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, HR operations, learning & development, employee relations, payroll etc

3. Provide strategic direction and lead the implementation of contemporary HR practices

4. Update and manage HR policy framework

5. Work with the senior management in driving Industry best practices
