1. Oversee recruitments, induction process, joining formalities, relieving formalities and ensuring compliance of the statutory obligations of the company for example, PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.
2. Oversee timely issuance of confirmation, appointment letters, increment/promotion letters, and professional agreements.
3. To ensure mediclaim & personal accident insurance for all employees.
4. Ensure timely appraisals, performance reviews etc.
5. Ensure monthly new joinees & left employee reports to the management and quarterly MIS reports to the Accounts Department.
6. Ensure harmonious & healthy relationships amongst employees.
7. Ensure employees follow the company HR policies, rules & regulations.
8. Ensure proper maintenance of the leave records, personal files.
