- Responsible for direction and approval of customer strategy for HRS function in the different geographies. - Strategic responsibility for customer expectations and working along with stakeholders to realize business goals - Lead and ensure that Bangalore is the hub for all the activities related to HRS across the AP region. - Responsible for small team catering to services to customers ( customer engagement) - Responsible for Employee development and overall associate satisfaction, motivation, and retention of all associates in area of responsibility. - Nurture appropriate Organization Culture to ensure service mindset. - Implementation of the business objectives as aligned with stake holders across geoghraphies - Business results (Turnover, Quality, Operations) - Medium to long term service business growth and sustainability Engagement via: - Regular interactions with business stake hoders across entities and geoghraphies - Engagement with peer group mangers to realize business outcomes. - Engage and influence Associates and stakeholders and external entities (hiring consultants, resource augmentation services) for strategic cooperation.
