General Manager- HR (hyper growth company)


About the Role : We are currently hiring Head- HR with the purpose of creating and implementing human resources policies and best practices in line with the company's strategic goals. Our client is on a hyper growth path and would like to onboard HR with Growth mindset.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Overseeing the entire spectrum of the human resources function

- Building effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders to define & lead initiatives to support the achievement of business goals

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization

- Reviewing, formulating, and implementing HR policies and procedures

- Acting as an advocate of the company's values and culture to create a best-in-class work environment

- Managing the Performance Management Hiring and Recruitment:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process including screening, interviewing and hiring candidates

- Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision

- Oversee daily operations of the HR department

- Design compensation and benefits packages

- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

- Monitor HR department's budget

- Manage employees' grievances

- Conduct performance management and provide feedback

Key Skills :

- Successful incumbent must have strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

- Must have prior experience within a leadership role in Human resources

- Must have demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Experience :

- Graduate with specialization in HR or MBA in HR (XLRI/TISS/IIM/IIT/Symbiosis)

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records

- Excellent knowledge of all aspects on Human Resources Management

- Experience in handling human resource operations in high growth start-ups

Skills & Requirements :

- Graduate with specialization in HR or MBA in HR (XLRI/TISS/IIM/SIBM)

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or a similar role
