- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry at a leadership level. Must have led a team of regional / multi unit level.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates agility.
- Adaptability to drive people agenda in a fast growing F&B business
