General Manager - Human Resources - FMCG

Role Overview:

As a General Manager - HR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing human resources functions across various areas, including Retail HR, Sales HR, Corporate HR, and Plant HR.

Your responsibilities will extend to handling corporate activities and aligning HR practices within different plant locations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Past Experience: You should have a proven track record in Retail HR, Sales HR, Corporate HR, and Plant HR. This diverse experience will equip you to manage HR operations effectively.

Strategic Advisor: Your role goes beyond operational tasks; you'll serve as a strategic advisor in HR development within the organization.

Company Turnover: The company's current turnover is 5000 crore rupees (5000cr), which indicates the scale and complexity of the HR challenges you'll face.

Reporting Structure:

In your present company, You should either report to the Group HR or directly to the CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) of the business.

Alternatively, you may report to the owners or the Board of Directors. This places you in a position of influence and strategic decision-making.

Location and Schedule:

The job is based in South Mumbai.

Your work schedule will be from Monday to Saturday.
