Qualification : Graduation + Post Graduate in HR (MBA) Experience : 15 + years of experience Desirable : Experience in Manufacturing Industry overseeing multiple facilities is essential. Managed Industrial Relations in the past assignment including negotiations of employment and labour contracts. Competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform job) : - Knowledge of general HR business practices including statutory regulations. - Knowledge of Industrial Health and Safety. - Knowledge of facilities management and security practices. - Knowledge of MPCB norms.
