Play the role of HR Business Partner Lead and Work closely with the business on various HR initiatives
Lead the Center of Excellence on certain areas like Compensation & Benefits & Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and Processes & HR Systems for the organisation as a whole
Responsible for leading & driving initiatives focused around Building & sustaining a strong culture in the organisation, High Employee Engagement, Organisation Development & Capability Building
Business Partner background from a large multi geography organisation in BPO / KPO / IT Setup would be preferred
Only Top tier full time MBA would be preferred for the role
