GM (Human Resources - BPO)

- Managing the strategic business partnering in liaison with Leadership Team; translating the business requirements into effective HR Practices.

- Leading the Workforce Planning in close collaboration with business leaders- basis the project pipelines.

- Fostering healthy HR Partnership & coordinating with Divisional Heads to strategize talent, trainings, and best practices across different divisions.

- Managing Leadership Development; building leadership pipeline for succession planning.

- Creating inclusive, engaging, and progressive work culture in coordination with L&D Team. Facilitating the change management as per global guidelines & best industry practices.

- Optimizing the employee salaries on par with other region cum industry base.

- Campus recruitment, on - line recruitment, referral recruitment while optimizing the sourcing cost.

- Ensuring resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counselling and establishing works committees.

- Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.

- Handling the entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management.

- Introducing new and innovative ways of appraisal there by offering a 360 - degree view to the organization.

- Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for positions.

- Curating and implementing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs as well as developing effective induction programs.

- Preparing and submitting the Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and Headcount to the management.

- Developing HR - MIS to monitor and share any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries headcount.

- Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in HR with at least 15-22 years in an BPO/ITES and BPM environment with exposure to creating and driving employee engagement and retention frameworks and effectively leading enterprise-level initiatives.

2. Should have exposure to Inclusive Diversity, Leadership and Employee Communication, virtual employee engagement and events.

3. Should have exposure to grievance and disciplinary management and employee relations ,Strong client interaction and stakeholder management.
