General Manager - Human Resource - Textile

This role has necessitated to look at hardcore HR Professionals who can bring a great Change Management from a traditional family run organization with great legacy to the next level of HR driven to scale new highs in the industry. Therefore, the call is to get a seasoned HR professional outside Eastern India for a cross pollination and cultural change to create a difference.

While most of the responsibilities would co relate to a high end HR transformation and HR innovations it requires a bold approach to effectively implement Change process smoothly.

- Responsible for Entire Gamut of HR & Administration for the company.

- Responsible for Strategic HR Role to ensure that organisational, individual, social and stakeholders- goals are effectively accomplished. 

- Implementation of HR Policy, HR Budgeting including Manpower Planning, Implementation of PMS, HRMS Software, Training and Development, Succession Planning, Statutory Compliance's of Labour and Environment Health and Safety laws

- To ensure best HR Practices in place and its implementation.

- To ensure implementation of the Organisational Development, Change Management and organisational transformation initiatives.

- To prepare and update HR Policies as per revision dates.

- Implementation of performance Management system across the organization

- To ensure adherence to the Statutory Compliance across the organization.

- To ensure high moral and productivity of all the employees.

- To guide the management about best HR Practices prevailing in India and globally for adoption of the same.

Those With Proven Competence In HR Innovations And Process And Having Worked With Family Driven Companies And Still Proven For Bringing In Change Would Be Most Sought Out. 

Only Candidates Outside Eastern India Would Be Preferred For This Role Who Is Willing To Relocate To Kolkata.
