HR Operations  - Manpower planning and annual budgeting  - Org Structure Management  - Employee life-cycle Management (Onboarding, Induction program for new joiners, Separation process)  - Attrition Management  - Payroll Management & Compliance (PF / ESIC / other statutory requirements)  - HR Process Improvement, implementation & HR Automation  - Streamlining HR Policies & processes and Benchmarking as per industry standards  - Create a robust performance appraisal system and KRA process  3 Industrial Relations  - Managing Industrial Relations - for unionized and non-unionized plants.  - Leading the settlement negotiations in unionized plants  - Wage Settlement  4.People Management & Development  - Create the annual L&D budget and defining processes and guidelines to ensure that it is utilized optimally, keeping in mind both individual aspirations and organizational needs
