- HR Generalist with experience across functions of hiring, payroll, employee management and campus hiring

- Should have relevant experience with a company which handled high manpower requirements

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Managing human talent end to end

- Developing HR processes and SOPs around employee policies, hiring and payroll

- Managing entire recruitment process including field recruiting, campus hiring and working with consultants for end-to-end hiring from team member level to senior profiles
