Main Purpose of Job:

- Independently ensure strategising & implementation of HR Policies, Processes, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management.

- Manage all HR-Ops. Will lead a team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBAs (premier / good institutes) with 15-24 years relevant experience in large, high-headcount (over 500#), highly reputed organizations having national presence and branches all over India (banking, telecom, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, facilities-management, airlines, courier/transport etc.).

- Must be working as HRBP / SBU/Divisional HR Head and handling Generalist HR, Recruitment & HR-Ops.
