Position details:  Candidates only from Retail industry are requested to respond on this posting.  - The role will be predominantly responsible for end-to-end HR, Statutory & IR.   - GM-HR will be both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle human resources support to various functional areas.   - Responsible for all aspects of HR like: Developing organization strategies; Implementing human resources strategies; Talent acquisition; Management; Development; PMS; Reviewing, designing, updating HR Policies & procedures and ensure effective implementation.  - Managing employee grievances.  - Overseeing payroll activities  - Keeping a track of Manpower Budget Vs Actual and HR Overhead and ensuring the adherence of HR cost within the budget.  - Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements.  - Lead end-to-end implementation and execution of core HR programs and initiatives.  - Accountability of people planning, staff budgeting and employee engagement.   Experience & Skills :  - MBA with 15 years of experience in HR  - Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.  - Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and development of specific skills.  - Comfortable working in fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activities.  - Strong internal and external customer service focus.  - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  - Bring a mix of analytical sharpness and intuitive, creative pattern formation in how you approach problems and open questions
