Highly respected and leading Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a HR Lead role (GM - HR), to be based out of Hyderabad. Details as below;

They have been one of the leading Pharma Cos partnering with the Government of India actively contributing in National Immunization Program of the country. The company is able to address the needs of the domestic markets as well as international markets in Asia, the CIS countries, the USA, and Latin America.

Reportees : On roll

Location : Hyderabad

Pre-reqs :

- MBA/PGDM (HR) from Tier 1 B School (Mandatory) like IIMs, XLRI etc

- 9 to 15 years post qualification experience in HR Generalist Function

- Experience in Manfacturing industry is must

- Must have played a Lead role (supervisiory)

- Roll out of Engagement & Culture Survey and recommended action points based on the survey findings

- Design the policies aimed at improving employee satisfaction like Rewards & Recognition, Travel, etc.

- Strategic HR initiatives

PMS :

- Timely closure of PMS Cycle as per timelines

- L&D

- Talent Acquisition
